My idea of writing nearly everyday is obviously WRONG!!!!!!
It seems I can hardly keep a straight thought these days. Many things has happened since my last post. One of my sisters passed away very unexpectedly about 2 weeks after I posted this. Then it was like a downhill spiral for me.
My doctor took me off all of my antibiotics and since then all of my symptoms have gotten worse. Except for my walking though. It has remained pretty good. Did have some bad bouts with yeast, shingles, and the sweats and fevers are just too much sometimes. You can not do anything on a regular basis when you run fevers on a regular basis. The fevers, chills, and sweats drain you.
I also fell off the stairs and sprained both ankles. Was using a wheelchair for a bit and it is not good.
I have a lot of new test results I could post but will wait until Monday, once the doctor reviews what he has in front of him.
For now,
God bless, be well, and here is wishing you a pain free day,
Billie Jean

The last month or so has been extremely trying. Some things during my Infusion Therapy have gone well and others have worsened.
It seems that eating gluten, dairy, and sugar free is not enough for me. The PICC Line infection is not clearing up and now I understand part of the reason is due to my intake of gluten free breads, potatoes, and white rice. No longer can I eat these and if I do, it must be minimal quantities. After the last couple of weeks with this infection I believe my eating so many starchy foods contributed to the ongoing infection. Plus the fact that my body and skin does not like foreign things in/on it.
For this reason it will now be more of a Paleo Diet. Meat, fresh berries, and veggies galore!
Here is another look at the site.

Here is some new information:
Instructions Will be starting Rocephin at 2 grams daily for 8 weeks total. Stop Ceftin while in Rocephin as these are redundant. Two weeks after starting Rocephin begin pulsing Tindamax 250 mg twice daily 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Switch Armour to Nature Throid due to small amounts of gluten in Armour. Stop Zithromax as this can worsen ear and hearing issues. Will need to stop Malarone too as this is not effective without Zithromax. To cover Babesia will start by switching A-BAB to 3 drops twice daily. Then continue to increase A-BAB by one drop every week for both doses. Will try to use this to cover Babesia for now. Hold steady on the A-L dose for now. Continue Rifampin and Nystatin. Once you have completed Rocephin will consider adding Raw Adrenal supplement. Please add in a multivitamin as Designs for Health Twice Daily multi - take 2 per day which can be split up or taken together. Labs: Today and weekly safety labs while on Rocephin Follow up: 6 weeks or sooner if needed ***Remember to keep track of all dosage and medication changes on a calendar. The day started off fairly normal. Pain, slight fever, head and eyes hurting, ringing and buzzing in ears to the max, and so on. This is the place to vent and to say what it is going on currently with meds, supplements, and so on.
I feel I need to contact my Lyme doctor because things are not as they should be. Some are getting worse and some, seem to come and go. Typically, I know this is normal but I say this hesitantly, I am a bit scared.
Right now the ringing, buzzing, and music in the left ear is just horrible and will not stop. Then the sharp stabbing and shooting pains on the left side of my head and behind my left eye are just making me feel light headed and kind of whoosy I guess you would say.
Much of today was on here researching more information about Late Stage Lyme Disease and there are things I am certain I read before but they did not sink in. Like, losing your hearing, more rashes on skin, discoloration of skin, my horrid over large red blood cells, and a few other things. I am like, "What? Why did I not notice this before?" I mean I did notice it with me but did not put it with the right infections. They were a mess to me before but now a bit more clear which is quite surprising to me. I am happy about it, don't get me wrong and I feel like I could talk normally with my doctor about it. hmmm Well, I have written it down because the speech thing and memory is not so good. lol Ya just have to laugh.
Tonight, I just plain do not feel at all well. Not at all. With that I am going to sign off.
God bless, love to all, and here is wishing you a pain free night,
Billie Jean

Okay, well it looks like I begin my infusion therapy earlier than expected. I am a bit nervous. They have me scheduled to begin on this Saturday at 1:30 and I am waiting to here from the doctor's office what time my PICC Line will be done. All I know is this Friday so far. My emotions are mixed on this. It will be a good thing to get it started yet I know the things that can happen once this is in place. Plus I had planned on staying the night with my grandkids this Friday and it looks like this is out. Hopefully I can visit after the outpatient procedure on Friday for the PICC Line but I know how my body reacts to being put it twilight. I sleep all day.
I have a great deal of difficulty trying to figure this out but here it goes. A couple of months ago I wanted to start a blog for my Late Stage Lyme Disease but as I said, I have trouble following directions. I am going to post now and upload some files so that you may see where I am at in my treatment for Lyme and how I am progressing.
I began the Malarone on 11-12-2014, after a few days the day and night sweats were becoming less intense. Still there but not as back. After a week they were gone almost completely. Then began Ceftin and A-Bab and A-forgot but at any rate my sweats came back along with fevers a bit higher again. Par for this course. Still doing very war salt water soaks with jets in tub. Sometimes I can make it the whole way and other times I can't. It sometimes make me feel too sick and Jack has to help me out of the tub.
I see the doctor again on Thursday and hopefully everything will be in place to start the Rocephin orally for a week, get the PICC Line in, and then begin the Infusion Therapy the following week.
My plan is to stay the night with the grandkids this Friday because I know what lies ahead is going to be extremely difficult. Plus I have to deal with DHS here in Michigan and get my food stamp situation taken care of. I will also have to stop the oxygen because I just can't afford it even though it seems to help. I do not have as much small vessel damage as I did. It also gave me more energy. The shots are beginning to leave bruised now though and my buttocks hurts a great deal. Jack said the needles are starting to bounce off of me, which of course causes bruising. The pain, huh, what can I say. Still there.
Have a good one all and God bless and here is wishing you a pain free and confusion free day.
Oh yes, confusion free would be nice as well along with the tinnitus which is beginning in my right ear now.
